Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Long Term Acute Care
Licenses: OT-TX
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

License and experience are required.

Preferred Qualifications
Travel experience is preferred
