Occupational Therapist School Setting in Colton, CA

Provide occupational therapy services in a school setting to support students’ developmental and functional needs from August 3, 2026, through June 4, 2027. This full-time, contract position is based in Colton, CA, and focuses on creating and implementing therapeutic interventions that enhance students’ ability to participate effectively in educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized occupational therapy plans tailored to student needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.
Monitor progress and adjust interventions to maximize student outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional expertise.

Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy licensure or certification appropriate for school settings.
Experience providing occupational therapy services within schools or pediatric populations.
Strong communication skills for interacting with students, families, and school staff.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Knowledge of educational laws and regulations related to special education.

Location:Colton, California – Onsite in a school environment supporting student development.
