SSM Health Dean Medical Group, with regional operations based in Madison, Wisconsin, is actively recruiting for a Family Medicine Physician at its clinic in Dodgeville, and offers the following:
The Opportunity:
- Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity with option for Nursing Home rounds
- A well-established team of Physicians & Advanced Practitioners
- Multi-specialty clinic consisting of primary & specialty care services including 12 onsite medical & surgical specialties including Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT, Infusion, Neurology, Oncology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, & Urology.
- Onsite medical imaging & lab services
- Full-time with option of .8-1.0 fte
- Flexible schedule offering work/life balance, typical hours of M-F, 8 am-5 pm
- On-Call rotation of 6-10 weeknights, and ~2 weekends per year, mostly phone call only w/ an occasional to rare requirement for onsite; calls triaged by a call center
- EPIC EMR
- Two-year salary guarantee with generous sign-on bonus

Dodgeville, Wisconsin is located about 45 minutes west of Madison. It offers 5 city parks which include several playgrounds and recreational opportunities. Our community offers has a picturesque and charming downtown with boutique shopping and a variety of dining experiences, pubs and a historic movie theater. Downtown is also home to Wisconsin's oldest Courthouse.
