What You’ll Do:
Labor & Delivery Leadership Management: Manage births in partnership with Certified Nurse Midwives and support an active, high-acuity L&D unit.
OBED / Triage: Evaluates all non-labor patients presenting to OBED triage. Admits and manages all unassigned ("no doc") patients when needed.
Surgical & Procedural Care: Perform GYN procedures and GYN surgeries as needed, ensuring smooth and timely inpatient care.
High-Risk Obstetrics Collaboration: Partner closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine to care for high-risk antepartum patients.

Guaranteed 12-hour shifts (day and night with a nighttime differential)
Full-time equivalence: 13 shifts per 28 days
COMPENSATION: 1.0 FTE Day Shift: $400,000, 1.0 FTE Night Shift: $460,000
Additional productivity bonus
$50,000 Sign on bonus
Relocation assistance of up to $20,000
Residency stipend up to $3,000 per month
Forgivable loan of up to $200,000
