WellTech Partners is partnering with a growing pediatric therapy clinic seeking apassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR)to join their expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for an OT who enjoys working with children and wants to be part of a clinic experiencing significant growth and community impact.
Current Occupational Therapy Team Structure

1 OTR currently working 1 day per week

Growing caseload creating supervision demand

Strong referral pipeline with waiting lists in the community
This new hire will play an important role in helping expand the clinics OT services and support the growing patient population.
Responsibilities
-
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
-
Provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve physical, emotional, and functional abilities
-
Support children with developmental delays, sensory regulation challenges, and autism
-
Collaborate with speech therapists, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
-
Educate families on therapy goals, home exercises, and strategies for daily living
-
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Stay current with occupational therapy research and best practices
Qualifications

Degree inOccupational Therapy from an accredited program
-
Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
-
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and occupational therapy principles

Experience working with pediatric populations, particularlychildren with autism, preferred
-
Experience withsensory integration or pediatric feeding therapy is a plus
-
Adult therapy experience is helpful but not required

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

The Occupational Therapist will work with individuals of all ages, including children with autism, helping them achieve rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life through individualized therapeutic interventions. Experience withsensory regulation and pediatric feeding is a plus. Adult experience is also welcomed but not required.
Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' physical, emotional, and social functioning.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for each patient.

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for daily living.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with medical standards.

Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy to provide the highest quality of care.

Provide support in various environments including home health settings, schools, inpatient facilities, and outpatient clinics.
