A renowned Group Private Practice in DMV is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologists to join its rapidly growing team. This independent, multi-location group serves the greater Washington, D.C. area, greater Baltimore, and Northern Virginia and offers an exceptional combination of work/life balance, immediate partnership, and no call responsibilities — all within highly desirable metro locations.

Position Highlights:
· General Gastroenterology position; advanced endoscopists also encouraged to apply
· 100% Outpatient – NO Call Requirements
· Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
· Comprehensive benefits: 100% employer-paid health, vision, and dental coverage for the physician and their family; 401(k) with match; CME allowance
· Compensation: Productivity-based model (wRVUs); partners earning up to seven figures annually
· State-of-the-art facilities featuring GI Genius AI endoscopy, Fujifilm scopes, and GMED EMR with routine upgrades

· Excellent organizational culture with minimal turnover

· Greater Baltimore Area: Timonium, Columbia, White Marsh
· Annapolis Area: Annapolis, Riverdale
· Washington, D.C. Metro: Bethesda, Rockville
· Northern Virginia: Alexandria, Fairfax, Chantilly
