StartDate: 4/6/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1586.00 - $1635.00

Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Hayward, CA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.

Required Qualifications
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OTA-CA
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

CA License
COVID Vaccination/Booster OR Approved AMN Declination
