Speech therapists is needed to develop treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive and communication abilities, and to decrease aspirations. Communication treatment plans may include techniques that not only help the individual to be better understood, but also to help them better understand others.Leads, guides and directs the delivery of speech language pathology and audiology services in the facility in accordance with local, state and federal regulations, standards and established facility policies and procedures to provide appropriate care and services to residents.2 years SLP experienceTX license
