Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapy Assistants for home health contracts in Plano, Texas and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas
CPR Certified or ability to obtain
Previous experience with Computer Charting
6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation

Physical Therapist Assistant Home Health Contract Details:

$1,540 - $1,699 per week*
13-week contract
Paid by the hour - not by the visit
Physical Therapist Assistant will have a designated territory of coverage
