Reputable SNF is looking for a highly motivated and energetic therapist to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT-CA
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
