Temp - Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) - Long Term Care (LTC) (Days) Rolla, MO

Required Skills:

Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
Knowledge of therapeutic activities and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately
Strong organizational skills for maintaining treatment records and treatment area
Compassionate attitude towards patients with diverse needs

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in a long-term care or geriatrics environment
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
CPR and First Aid certification
Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting or related field
Prior experience working with LTC facilities or rehabilitation settings
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing treatment plans

Other Requirements:

Ability to work day shifts in Rolla, MO
Willingness to adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
Valid licensure and certifications must be maintained current
Travel or additional reimbursements may be applicable as needed

This hourly position offers competitive pay at $41.54 per hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick leave, and a robust referral bonus program.
