What You’ll Need:
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
- Proven experience in administering respiratory treatments, managing mechanical ventilation, and responding to emergency situations.
- Strong knowledge of cardio-pulmonary diagnostics and therapeutic modalities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varied schedules and responsibilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Prior experience working in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Bilingual abilities to enhance patient care.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A minimum of an associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in respiratory care, particularly in acute or emergency care environments.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including 12-hour days, nights, and weekends.
- Must hold current licensure and certification as an RRT.
- Travel reimbursements and licensure/certification support are provided when applicable.
This position offers a structured schedule of three 12-hour shifts weekly, with options to accommodate team preferences. The ideal schedule includes a mix of day and night shifts, ensuring a balanced work-life routine. The hourly pay rate is $52.62, supported by benefits such as weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick time, licensure and travel reimbursements, comprehensive medical coverage, and a rewarding referral bonus program.
