Required Qualifications

Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OT-SD(Copy needed)
Certifications: OTR-NBCOT(Copy Needed); BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)

DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
