Occupational Therapist - Skilled - (OT)
StartDate: 4/20/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1951.00 - $2011.00

OT skilled needed asap for 13 weeks5 day work week, 32 hr guaranteeLicense, BLS, and SNF experience are required.

Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Skilled
Licenses: OT-VA
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

License, BLS, and SNF experience are required.
