OverviewFlorida Woman Care, an affiliate of Unified Women's Healthcare, is actively recruiting a full-time OB/GYN to join our established, physician-led practice in Melbourne/Viera, Florida.

Position Highlights:
- Team-Based Care: Work alongside 5 physicians, 8 certified nurse midwives, and a women's health NP
- 4-Day Workweek: Maintain balance with flexible scheduling
- Call: 1:5 weekday on-call only (7 AM-5 PM only) - NO in-house night or weekend call ever-full hospitalist coverage after hours, and midwives are available 24/7 on call.
- Two Office Locations: Viera and Melbourne
- Hospital Affiliation: Holmes Regional Medical Center - Level II NICU, 24-hour neonatology, OB hospitalists, and da Vinci Robotics systems
- Block time available for Gyn surgeries and robotics
- Full Onboarding and mentoring!
