In this role, you’ll conduct direct therapy sessions, perform thorough assessments and evaluations, and collaborate with educators and families to design and implement individualized goals. Supporting learners across various grades, you’ll foster essential skills that empower students to participate confidently in classroom and daily activities.

Key Qualifications:

Current Occupational Therapy license in Washington State
Previous experience delivering occupational therapy services in school, healthcare, or home health environments
Strong capability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
Prior experience working with children or adolescents in therapeutic settings is highly valued
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Main Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative therapy services to K-12 students
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure seamless support for each student
Maintain accurate therapy records and timely progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach
