Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy license
- Experience delivering OT services in a school setting preferred
- Comfortable with collaboration among multidisciplinary educational teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to develop creative, student-centered solutions tailored to unique needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students to support academic and functional success
- Work closely with teachers and staff to implement strategies that enhance learning and participation within the classroom
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services, monitoring student progress and adjusting plans as needed
- Prepare clear documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate students, teachers, and families on OT techniques and adaptive strategies to foster independence
