In this role, you’ll work onsite and focus on one 6th grade student, providing direct OT services for 30 minutes per week. This focused caseload offers you the chance to make a direct, consistent difference while expanding your skillset and learning new approaches to care within a supportive, collaborative environment. Exposure to new workplace practices and leadership styles will propel your professional growth while enabling you to make every workweek memorable.

Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Pennsylvania
Experience in school-based OT, including home health or healthcare environments
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to student-centric, individualized intervention

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, weekly occupational therapy services for a 6th grade student
Collaborate with school teams, educators, and families to support the student’s goals
Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes
Adapt techniques to best support student development in the educational setting
