Your expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology will be central to providing both direct service and guidance for fellow professionals. These opportunities include full-time schedules (up to 40 hours per week), with a structured day: Monday–Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and a shorter Friday, allowing for a balanced workweek.
Qualifications and Experience:
- ASHA-CCC or CFY for SLPs; SLPA license/certification for assistant role
- Previous school-based or pediatric clinical experience preferred
- Teletherapy proficiency a plus
- Ability to supervise one or more SLPAs (SLP roles)
- Commitment to early intervention and individualized student support
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 25-30 students (K–12 for SLPs, K–6 for SLPA)
- Perform assessments, write IEP goals, and implement therapy sessions
- Deliver both in-person and potential teletherapy services
- Supervise up to two SLPAs as needed (SLP roles)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams
