This outpatient physical therapy position is based in Summerville, South Carolina, a charming community just outside Charleston. As a physical therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, post-surgical, and musculoskeletal conditions, with opportunities to see sports-related and work-injury cases. Typical responsibilities include comprehensive initial evaluations, individualized treatment plan development, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education on injury prevention and wellness.A typical day includes managing a steady caseload of patients while coordinating closely with physical therapist assistants and support staff. Patient schedules are designed to support both productivity and meaningful one-on-one care.
