StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2117.00 - $2182.00

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Outpatient
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

License and OP experience are required.

Preferred Qualifications
Travel experience is preferred
