Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) – Rehab (Days) in Kerrville, TX | $56.95/hr

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $56.95
Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do

Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
Develop and follow individualized care plans in compliance with regulations and clinical standards
Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to guide interventions
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes accurately
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and care teams
Communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare team members regarding patient status
Complete discharge summaries and maintain detailed, compliant patient records
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, trainings, and conferences
Supervise and support CFYs or student speech-language pathologists as needed
Obtain and manage supplies and equipment per clinical standards

What You Need
Required:

Active certification and licensure from ASHA and State of Texas
Prior experience in speech therapy within healthcare settings
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills

Preferred:

Experience supervising students or CFYs
Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and multidisciplinary teamwork
