Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree from an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain upon hire
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY supervision available
- Prior experience serving elementary school populations highly valued
- Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and related documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Collaborative spirit committed to working with teachers, families, and diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Track and report student progress, contributing data and recommendations to IEP teams
- Deliver evidenced-based interventions through direct services, consultation, and in-class support
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to optimize student growth and success
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
