Typical caseloads include orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports and overuse injuries, balance and gait issues, and general musculoskeletal and functional impairments. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver hands-on treatment combined with therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating closely with referring physicians and other members of the rehabilitation team, documenting care in an EMR system, and tracking patient progress through objective outcome measures. You can expect a steady, manageable caseload that allows you to focus on quality while maintaining productivity expectations. Patient schedules are typically structured in a way that supports both one-on-one and overlapping treatment sessions, with an emphasis on maintaining strong patient relationships and continuity of care.The clinic environment promotes professional growth, with opportunities to refine your clinical skills in orthopedics and general outpatient practice.
