Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in physical therapy (open to new graduates)
- Experience with adult, geriatric, and adolescent populations
- Familiarity with NextGen EHR platform preferred
Skills & Experience:
- Ortho: ACL tears, post-op care, osteoarthritis, low back pain, joint replacements, and more
- Neuro: Concussion, Parkinson's Disease, vestibular/vertigo conditions
- Case management and patient-centered evaluation/assessment—including fall risk assessments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 55+ visits per week
- Conduct minimum of 11 patient visits daily, ensuring thorough and compassionate care
- Deliver diverse ortho and neuro interventions as required by patient assessments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document care within EHR system
