Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) (1099 contactor)
Pay Rate: $40-$55 (Based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Virtual School Speech Language Pathologist licensed in Indiana to provide remote psychological services to K–12 students. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexibility while supporting students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs in a virtual environment
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Support students across a K–12 caseload with varying communication needs
Work closely with fellow district SLPs to ensure continuity of services and best practices
Technical Requirements:
•Reliable high-speed internet connection
•Secure, confidential workspace compliant with student privacy standards
•Computer with webcam and ability to use virtual assessment/telehealth platforms
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification (required)
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student communication and academic success
