The environment is designed to be collaborative and team-oriented, with a strong emphasis on mentorship, evidence-based practice, and continuous professional development.In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with conditions such as post-surgical orthopedic cases, sports injuries, spine and neck pain, chronic musculoskeletal disorders, and work-related injuries. You will develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care that incorporate therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education. You will work closely with referring providers, other therapists, and support staff to coordinate care and help patients safely and efficiently return to their daily activities, work, or sport.A typical day includes performing comprehensive evaluations, conducting one-on-one treatment sessions, documenting timely and accurate patient notes in the EMR, and communicating progress updates to the broader care team. Patient volumes are structured to promote quality care and appropriate follow-up, with a mix of new evaluations and established visits throughout the day. Most patients are seen on a scheduled basis during standard clinic hours, with potential for some extended or flexible hours depending on clinic needs.The clinic features modern equipment, treatment areas designed for functional rehabilitation, and access to specialized tools to support a range of therapy programs. You may have opportunities to participate in or help develop specialty programs such as sports rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance enhancement, depending on your interests and experience.
