- Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical respiratory therapy preferred
Pay & Benefits - Competitive pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (paid over initial months)

What You’ll Do - Conduct in-home patient assessments and evaluations
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and therapies
- Set up and manage ventilators, oxygen, PAP therapy, and other respiratory devices
- Adjust ventilator settings following physician orders
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues
- Provide ongoing patient support and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in limited after-hours support, as needed
What You NeedRequired: - Valid RRT license
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred: - Experience in home healthcare or DME setting
- Healthcare leadership or management experience
- Degree in respiratory therapy or related field
- At least 1 year of clinical respiratory therapy experience
