Registered Respiratory Therapist, PICUExperience: 3 yearsTravel Experience: 1 assignment in Registered Respiratory TherapistRT-COCertifications: RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed); PALS-AHA(Copy needed); NRP-AHA(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy needed)ANDRegistered Respiratory Therapist, NICUExperience: 3 yearsTravel Experience: 1 assignment in Registered Respiratory TherapistLicenses: RT-COHolidays: Must be able to work Labor DayWeekends: 13 weekend shifts out of 26 weekends (includes both Saturday & Sunday)Float: Anschutz & Network of Care Locations (South or North)No Time Off Allowed: Blackout Dates: 8/1-8/10, 8/28-9/5, 10/8-10/17, 10/29-11/2 & first 2 weeks of assignment; no more than 10 days off during contractSSN RequiredDOB RequiredReferences: 1 Reference in entire work historyTravel Experience: Must have prior travel assignment experience
Education: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary
REQUIRED CLINICAL EXPERIENCE - THIS MUST BE CLEARLY INDICATED IN WORK HISTORY FOR SUBMISSION:
Minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU
Minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU (Level 3 or 4)
Minimum 1 years Pediatric ED
Minimum 1 years Pediatric Level 1 Trauma
Minimum 5 years of RRT experience
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 4 years Pediatric ICU
Minimum 4 years Neonatal ICU
