Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license
- Experience working with K-8 student populations preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, and deliver direct and consultative therapy services to K-8 students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create effective intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans for students
