Join the compassionate team at Pacific Medical Centers' Federal Way clinic as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with part-time or full-time flexibility. This practice is known for serving the community and has a dedicated team of providers, support staff and effective leaders who foster a collegial work culture. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, including military patients under the USFHP Plan. Serve a medically diverse patient population and enjoy working in an ideal location.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities available
Monday to Friday schedule
0.8 FTE to 1.0 FTE
Outpatient Primary Care only
On-site lab and diagnostic services
CME benefits, relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available
Open to board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds) physicians
Experience is preferred
Compensation is between $296,169 and $347,122 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Where You'll Work

Pacific Medical Centers' Federal Way clinic is an accredited patient-centered medical home, delivering convenient care to patients using a team-based model led by a provider. Federal Way offers primary care and specialty care in cardiology, dermatology, behavioral medicine and podiatry and has a registered dietitian in-house. With a personalized approach to medicine at the forefront, Federal Way offers convenient on-site services such as x-ray, laboratory, pharmacy and interpreter services.

Federal Way is a commercial and residential center 20 miles south of Seattle. Its 84-acre Celebration Park offers spectacular views of Mt. Rainier, Washington's tallest peak, while botanical gardens, scenic hiking trails and local events provide year-round recreation and entertainment. Beautiful state beaches, Wild Waves Theme Park and multiple shopping centers make Federal Way an inviting community to join.
