Lakeland Regional Health is seeking a Family Medicine Core Faculty Member to help shape the next generation of physicians in our growing Family Medicine Residency Program. This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical practice with teaching and mentorship in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Highlights include:
Position Highlights
Serve as Core Faculty for a 24-resident program.
Engage in inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, and prenatal care.
Participate in curriculum development, resident supervision, and scholarly activities.
Work in a 900-bed hospital, home to one of the busiest Emergency Departments in the country.
Dedicated recently constructed continuity clinic
Access to on-site research support and academic resources.
Academic appointment to affiliated medical schools
Qualifications
MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligible for Florida medical licensure.
Passion for teaching and mentoring residents and medical students
Commitment to evidence-based, full-spectrum family medicine.

Qualifications: Must be board certified/board eligible through ABMS or AOA. Must have a current Florida medical license or the ability to obtain one.
