Key Qualifications:

Master’s in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
Active OT license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience with school-based OT practices
Background in home health, teletherapy, and broader healthcare environments is a plus
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct OT services onsite within a high school setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists
Document progress and maintain compliance with school district guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings as required
