Desired Qualifications:

Active California Occupational Therapist license
Experience delivering OT services within a school setting (preferred)
Familiarity with IEP documentation and the special education process
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt strategies for diverse needs and developmental levels
Compassion, organization, and a commitment to student-centered practice

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting evaluations and assessments for eligible students
Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized OT intervention plans
Documenting progress and contributing to IEP meetings as part of the interdisciplinary team
Providing both direct and consultative OT services in classroom and small-group settings
Educating school staff and families on strategies to support students’ motor, sensory, and self-care skills
Maintaining records in alignment with district and state requirements
