This contract opportunity near Glenrock, WY involves collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff to support students’ communication and academic progress in a dynamic educational setting.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid SLP license (or eligibility) in Wyoming
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is an asset
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to design and implement support strategies
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
Offer guidance and consultation to staff and families regarding communication disorders and best practices
Adapt services and interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
