Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility for licensure) in Wyoming
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred
- Previous experience working in a school setting is advantageous
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Passion for fostering student growth in a diverse, inclusive environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop intervention plans tailored to student needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure cohesive care and communication
- Maintain accurate records for assessments, progress reports, and compliance documentation
- Provide consultation and resources to classroom staff to support students’ success
- Participate in IEP meetings and multi-disciplinary team discussions
