- Work-Life Balance: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM with the option for a 4-day schedule (TuesdayFriday). Manageable patient volumes averaging 56 patients per day with built-in documentation time as caseloads develop.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Approximately $37.50/hour, with final compensation range pending.
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 available as either a sign-on bonus or a student loan bridge program.
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $20,000 student loan bridge available in lieu of a sign-on bonus, plus eligibility for New Mexico's State Student Loan Forgiveness Program.

Qualifications
- Degree: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field (implied by required licensure).
- Certifications: CBT, EMDR, and psychotherapy training or certifications preferred.
- Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for New Mexico licensure. Client will consider LMHC, LAMFT, LMSW, LPCC, LMFT, and LCSW candidates.
- Skillset: Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services, including CBT, EMDR, psychotherapy, and strong clinical assessment skills. Bilingual candidates preferred.
- Experience: Experienced behavioral therapists are strongly preferred; new graduates will be considered but are not the priority.
