his Physical Therapist position is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a vibrant suburban community just outside Philadelphia. The area is known for its nationally recognized shopping destination, diverse dining scene, and easy access to parks, trails, and cultural attractions. Residents enjoy a balanced lifestyle with excellent schools, convenient public transit and highway access, and proximity to both urban amenities and outdoor recreation.The clinic is a modern outpatient physical therapy center designed to support high-quality, patient-centered care. The workspace features contemporary treatment areas, a well-equipped gym with therapeutic exercise equipment, and private treatment rooms to support one-on-one, hands-on care. The environment promotes collaboration, continuous learning, and the use of evidence-based practice for a wide range of orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver interventions that may include therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, balance and gait training, and functional movement retraining. Typical caseload includes adult and adolescent patients with conditions such as post-operative joint replacement, sports injuries, spine conditions, and general musculoskeletal disorders. Patient volumes and scheduling are designed to support quality care, thorough documentation, and effective patient education.A typical day involves conducting initial evaluations, progressing treatment plans, communicating with referring providers as needed, and collaborating with clinic staff to optimize patient outcomes. The role requires consistent use of EMR for documentation and outcomes tracking, and participation in staff meetings, in-services, and quality initiatives.Shifts are generally structured around standard outpatient clinic hours, with some flexibility for early morning or early evening appointments based on patient demand. The team culture is supportive and collegial, with opportunities for mentorship, skill development, and participation in specialty programs aligned with the clinicians interests.
