StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1922.00 - $1981.00

Travel PT Home Health jobs in Denver, CO offer 13-week contracts with variable 8-hour shifts and 36-40 hours per week. You must have a Colorado PT license, and home health experience is highly preferred. The coverage area includes Aurora and North Denver, with no on-call required.Your responsibilities include providing physical therapy services in patients homes, developing individualized care plans, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
