- Document all procedures and patient responses accurately
- Educate patients and their families about respiratory management
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need: - Valid Respiratory Therapist licensure in Michigan
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical respiratory therapy experience
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
