Demonstrating tact, courtesy, and composure when interacting with patients, ensuring their calmness and delivering optimal care.
Effectively communicating with radiologists and healthcare professionals to guarantee superior patient care and accurate diagnosis.
Performing troubleshooting on peripheral equipment and scanners to maintain operational efficiency and prevent any downtime that may impact patient satisfaction.
Prioritizing patient safety through meticulous aseptic injection techniques and thorough pre-screening for any contra-indications before procedures.
Providing comprehensive training to new technologists through regular supervision, guidance, and evaluation of work samples conducted by seasoned team members.
Exhibiting composure in high-stress environments while interacting with patients, technologists, and physicians.
