Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist. This position interprets provider orders and prescriptions, compounds and dispenses medications within regulatory guidelines and professional standards. As a Pharmacist Clinical you will:
- Consult with patients and others as required regarding use of medications and potential drug interactions.
- Provide drug information to patients, health care workers and others as necessary.
- Provide oversight and supervision of pharmacy technicians and other supporting staff including directing work flow and assurance of completion of duties.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise in area of practice.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm, Weekends 8:00am - 12:00pm
Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- 1 year hospital experience strongly preferred
- PGY-1 or BCPS preferred
- May be required to be on-call in certain situations.
- Bachelor’s Science or Pharm D required
- Active Pharmacist license in the state you are practicing required
- ACLS Preferred
Physical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)

Providing care through-out the region, St. Elizabeth Hospital provides cardiology, maternal, emergency, surgical, pediatrics, and acute care inpatient services in addition to the multitude of subspecialists in our specialty clinic. At 50 beds, St. Elizabeth is the region's referral center serving a wide span of northeastern Colorado. Since 1952, St. Elizabeth has been serving the community in Morgan County which is one of the most diverse counties in Colorado speaking more than 28 languages.
