Shift Notes:M-F, 8 hr days- Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AMWeekend Requirements:NoneOn Call Requirements:NoneYoull assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans. This role requires 1 year of SLP experience, LTC or rehab experience, a TX State License, and CCC certification.
