Working within a respected clinic setting, you will have the chance to further your expertise as a Physical Therapist with exposure to a variety of cases spanning adult, geriatric, and adolescent populations. This role will allow you to collaborate with seasoned clinicians, observe different leadership approaches, and learn best practices across multiple therapy and case management domains—enhancing your clinical acumen and broadening your resume for future opportunities.

Schedule/Hours:

Full-time, flexible travel assignment

Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse patient caseload, with a productivity goal of 11 visits per day (55+ per week)
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments, including fall risk and neuro assessments
Deliver tailored therapy to address orthopedic and neurological conditions such as post-op recovery, tendonitis, TMJ dysfunction, vestibular/vertigo, and more
Document through NextGen EHR, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Foster strong patient relationships with a compassionate, evidence-based approach

Qualifications:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Prefer 1+ years of experience; new graduates welcomed for consideration
Valid PT license (or eligibility) in Washington, DC
Proficiency in managing adult, geriatric, and adolescent patient populations
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Case management experience and competency with common evaluation methods
