Key Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist license
- Current fingerprint clearance card (FP card)
- Demonstrated experience in school-based OT, home health, or healthcare settings

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess student needs, develop and implement therapy plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize support and ensure best outcomes
- Maintain clear documentation and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Consult on assistive device recommendations and classroom adaptations
