This hospital-based therapy position focuses on Occupational Therapy, placing you at the heart of patient recovery. You'll have the chance to plan and execute treatment programs that help restore physical, social, and mental functions. Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct treatment segments aimed at improving patient independence and function.
Serve as a co-leader using an interdisciplinary approach for patient and group therapy.

Assess patient needs and adjust therapy plans as progress is made.
Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries thoroughly.
Support department objectives and contribute positively to team morale.

Qualifications:

Valid OT license and registration to practice.
Experience in a hospital or inpatient therapy setting preferred.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
